Wheego is now taking orders on its low-speed Wheego Whip. The vehicle retails for under $19,000 and is a fully loaded two-passenger vehicle. The Whip will qualify for a 10% Federal Tax Credit in 2009 and will eventually qualify for a $7,500 tax credit once it steps out of the low speed vehicle classification.
